Orders are normally shipped within 72 hours of verification. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you for direction. We reserve the right to obtain credit card approval and clear bank checks and Money Orders prior to shipment of merchandise.
Katbird does not charge extra for shipping within the continental U.S. unless expedited shipping is requested. We ship via USPS Priority Mail or Federal Express Ground Service at our discretion.
If expedited shipping is desired please contact us (email preferred) for additional shipping costs. Confirmation of any additional shipping costs will be sent via email.
